For short holidays we allow us to charge our high season rates.
All our rates for the rooms are per person/per day incl. bed & breakfast but not the guest tax of Euro 3,80 per person/per day incl. daily cleaning
Only our rates for the appartments are for 2 persons/per day, no daily cleaning only incl. the final cleaning, no breakfast, and also not included is the guest tax of Euro 3,80 per person/per day
We do offer reductions for extra beds for children in the rooms of their parents on request.
Pets are not allowed.
On the day of arrival the rooms are at your disposal from 3.00 pm, on the day of departure until 11.00 am.
In case of late arrival or earlier departure we have to charge the room rate excluding the tax of the community.
We recommend the Holiday Austria Insurance, Europäische Reiseversicherung, in case of cancellation, breaking off or roadblock.
May we point out: It we will have fresh snow you will need snow chains for your car or an all wheel drive for our driveway. The road between Lech and Warth is often closed during the winter season.
